SATURDAY STRAWBERRY GRANOLA

Ingredients:

  • 100g gluten free oats
  • 20g pumpkin seeds
  • 20g coconut flakes
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • .20g flaked almonds
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 2 Heaped tbsp milled flax and chia seed mix .
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil, melted
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 18g bag dried strawberry
  1. Mix all ingredients bar the dried strawberries together in a bowl, ensuring all dry ingredients are covered in wet.
  2. Spread evenly over baking sheet, lined with baking paper
  3. Bake for 20 mins on 180c, stirring halfway through
  4. Mix in dried strawberries
  5. Store in a sealed jar
